CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours of placing the order by reaching out to me.
Once canceled, the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, or through direct bank transfer, or any other mutually agreed upon method. Best effort will be made to issue the refund at the earliest and at least 10 working days.
No refunds will be issued after 24 hours even if the services offered are not utilized within the stipulated time. I am happy to make selective exceptions on request for reasons I deem valid.

I reserve the right to reschedule classes at short notice. In this scenario, the subscription will extend till the date at which I can provide a compensation class.

I reserve the right to cancel scheduled classes or stop the services completely. In this scenario, I will offer partial refunds for the unutilized classes.
LIABILITIES AND MEDICAL CONCERNS
If as a member you have a medical condition that relates to ortho or neurological issues that can put you at risk from physical activities like yoga, you are advised to consult with an appropriate medical physician and seek approval before practicing yoga.

It is important for members to inform me of any prior medical conditions that may come in the way of your good health and inhibit you from maximizing the benefits of yoga. This information will allow also me to adapt the training to individual constraints and be more sensitive to specific concerns.

I offer no liabilities towards any condition caused or exacerbated by the practice of the yoga services I offer.
MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Subscription is limited to the number of classes paid. The classes must be utilized within the duration specified for the specific plan. See plans for specific details.

What type of information do we collect?
As the owner of ritamishra.com, I personally keep track of your contact details (name, email id, phone number if provided), subscription details, communication, subscription, and transaction history. I don't have access to your passwords and your credit card details.
I have enlisted the services of PayU, Paypal, and Razorpay - reputed and popular payment gateways in India, for financial transactions. Financial details security is subject to the policies and security of PayU's, Paypal's, and Razorpay's infrastructure.
